Payments :

Full payment is required before the session.
Fees are non-refundable once a consultation or report has been delivered.

Cancellation & Rescheduling :

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the session for a full credit.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.

Intellectual Property :

All content, reports, and materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

Limitation of Liability :

Astrological interpretations are based on traditional and modern methods. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for decisions made based on our guidance.

Governing Law :

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal proceedings.

2. Privacy Policy

We collect personal details (name, birth date, time, location) solely for astrological analysis.

Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties without consent.

Clients can request data deletion at any time.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of astrology services, no refunds will be issued after delivery.

Duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded within 7 business days.

Technical issues during online sessions will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

4. Disclaimer

Astrology is a guidance tool. Outcomes depend on personal choices and circumstances.
